Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your support for SB Electrolysis/Spa Bellissima and kindly ask you to respect our appointment rules.

If you're late for your appointment, we might have to cut it short so we don't keep other clients waiting. You'll still need to pay the full price though. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you might need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you'll have to pay a fee equal to the cost of your planned service.

For appointments after hours and on weekends, we ask you to pay in full before the appointment date.
